K-9 Training Center

K9 training center in tupelo is hands down the MOST unprofessional "dog training" facility I have probably ever had the displeasure of working with... To expect someone to be okay with paying you $1k plus for basic obedience training when the dog clearly has none after a 2 week program with your facility is one thing but to speak to customers in the way Mr.Shafer does is unacceptable. I don't care if "only 3 people in your 8 years of training has ever not been happy". The services we paid for were not implemented and it's CLEAR AS DAY looking at/working with my dog🤷‍♀️ You can be upset about not delivering your promise all day long but you won't ever touch my hard earned money again especially with the attitude and audacity you have. We will be taking videos of our dog responding to the commands she was supposedly taught by Mr. Shafer and his staff and you can make your own assessment of his work.. the proof is in the pudding baby and this ain't it 💁‍♀️😬 Also if you have to use excessive force in the amount pressure you apply to a dogs leash to ensure the dog follows your commands you shouldn't be classified as a trainer but that's just my opinion.
