If I could provide ZERO stars I would. Not only was the communication lacking throughout but our dog was returned to us without his flea collar but infested with fleas which then infested our home as it took over 24 hrs to realize he was carrying fleas. The explanation provided was that he broke his flea collar more than 5 days prior and that they had given him a flea bath. Not only are fleas an awful problem to have and eradicate but I am highly allergic which is causing me major problems. The only response received has been "oh I'm sorry you're dealing with this", ummm we wouldn't be if they had advised us immediately that he was no longer protected but we could've prevented him from bringing them in our home and treated him more quickly and efficiently. I would not recommend a service provider that has no accountability for their failures and the backlash that occurs. Beware and be vigilant as I would not wish this nightmare on anyone.

Petr is amazing! I’m very very happy with the training my 6mo Neapolitan mastiff Mac received here. He was scared of everything and trying to attack everything when we dropped him off here after we picked him up from puppy board and train he is a very confident happy GOOD boy! I highly recommend this place. My dog Mac loves Petr and that made me feel so good knowing he was being cared for while he was gone for 5 weeks. I met with other trainers before choosing this place and I’m just so greatful I chose Libor! His trainers are awesome! Can’t say enough great things!

I turned to Libor and Petr at K-9 for training for behavioral problems (we did a 6 week board & train) I’d definitely RECOMMEND. My 1.5 year old GSP/pitt mixed breed rescue was very stubborn and had no respect for me (among other issues). I knew if I didn’t get help immediately, I was at risk of having her turn into an aggressive dog. Petr was the trainer assigned to working with my dog and was great in allowing me to come on-site a few times, to teach me what I needed to be aware of and how to be a good handler to her. There were a couple specific things I’d expressed I wanted them to work on and it didn’t end up being their focus but they explained they focused on the core: teaching the dog you are the alpha and to obey their handler. With that fundamental concept in place, I’m enabled to build on that and work with her as needed. I found that to be 100% accurate. My dog was always happy when I came for a session, I never worried they were too harsh or mistreating her. They communicated with me throughout and were flexible & accommodating with my schedule. They have a great facility & I’d definitely take her back for refresher training. They’ve really helped us to re-set, so she knows who the alpha is, while teaching me the things I need to do on an ongoing basis to maintain her obedience. My dog and I have had a drastically improved relationship after the 6-week board & train at k-9 and I wholeheartedly recommend them!
