Thank you for your review but this is a very inaccurate description of what happened. My wife and I were actively searching for your dog before and after you arrived. I called you immediately because safety is our top priority and I know how skittish your dog is. You told us that your dog has done stuff like this before and you were not surprised and didn’t blame us. The dog climbed a 6 foot kennel and squeezed between kennel and the roof. You informed us when you arrived that the dog would only come to you, so then we held back as not to frighten him more. My wife walked the all the way down the road and spoke to neighbors to be on the look out, she also drove around the entire neighborhood looking. We both searched the woodline before you arrived. We did have eyes on your dog until a neighbors dog scared him away. We stayed back after you began searching to not frighten the dog more. I did have a previous appointment scheduled that I was taking care of when the dog was found. You brought the dog back after finding him, we were very happy and spoke with your husband who wanted to continue training. We advised him to wait until the next drop off due to it being 4th of July weekend and the fireworks were spooking him. We were able to train him that week as the rain had not affected our training times. I do state in my contract that I offer no refunds but due to the circumstances I refunded you all but $100. I really hate you feel the need to write a review like this when we did everything in our power to help.
