Regrettably, the training sessions provided by this trainer did not align well with the needs of our family and our dog. The methods employed were not compatible with our dog's learning style, which requires patience, empathy, and respect. Unfortunately, these qualities were not evident in the training approach at this facility. We subsequently sought training elsewhere, where we observed significant improvements. This experience highlighted that our dog responds more effectively to positive reinforcement techniques rather than balanced training. We recommend conducting thorough research when selecting a dog trainer and not relying solely on reviews to ensure the trainer meets your specific needs. If you are seeking a trainer who provides effective tools and techniques for educating both yourself and your pet, this facility may not be the best fit.
