K-9 Companions Nashville

I set up to have both of my dogs trained for obedience. I just got my bloodhound puppy back! I cannot tell you how good this place is. Karen and her entire team is extremely nice and walks you through everything and any questions you may have. The kennels are big, air conditioned and heated. Everything is very clean and smells really good! They not only do a great job training your dog but they also do an amazing job at training you too. They teach you everything you need to know. Questions? they are just text or call away. While Houston was in training i got constant updates with pictures and an explanation of how he was doing and what they worked on that day. When i went there to pick him up they go through everything. They explain how dogs are, what they are like, what your dog is like, what they did, what to expect when you bring him home etc. Then they demonstrate what your dog learned. Then you go out and do it yourself. My dog used to be IMPOSSIBLE. My fiancé had enough of him. I was getting frustrated. It was just a bad situation all around. After i got my dog back from K9 companions it’s a totally different ball game. I’m easily able to control my dog. He listens to me now. All the obedience training they teach your dog are tools you use at home. I can easily walk him now! If i want to eat... i say down and he gets down and lays there and isn’t in my face the entire time. When i say no he knows no. There is so much more. I can’t tell you how pleased and relieved i am that i brought my dogs to K9 companions. It is worth every single penny. I’m so excited to get my other dog back but that won’t be for another 3 weeks :). She’s in there now. This is definitely just the beginning for us. I already can’t wait to take them back for off leash training and advanced obedience.

I have nothing but positive things to say about K-9 Companions. They are professional and compassionate about the service they provide. They are extremely personable, as they have not only trained my dog but also taught me how to be confident when I am continuing the training at home. This is my first time having my dog trained professionally and also as a service dog. I could not be more impressed and happy with the outcome. Even "Bo" loves seeing everyone there and gets so excited to train each time!
