Jungle Camp Pet Resort & Barking Lot Training

In a word, AMAZING. My 3 year old pup was accidentally let outside and before training with Linda, he would have ran away immediately and we have a very busy through street in our neighborhood. This time and another since, Snoopy looked at me and came back inside as soon as I called him (he looked at me even before I called his name). This occurred after only one training session! Linda's approach is effective but my favorite thing is it's simple, efficient and logical. I literally only trained snoopy for 15 mins a day after our 1st session and he now has a stronger connection with me, his confidence is boosted, best of all....He does NOT drag me on a leash!!! I have had dogs all of my life and I really thought loose leash walking could only be achieved with rigorous training that was rigid and militant but Linda made it enjoyable and FUN for Snoopy (making it easy for me) and he picked it up right away. I will also say that the pricing is a steal to have a trainer one on one either boarding or with you and your pup it is an amazing value. I am forever grateful and I am now working to train my other 2 at home with what I've learned here.

I am so glad we used jungle camp! I have a 6 mo old golden retriever that we sent to them. She learned so much and is so much better behaved! I really like that she has learned to wait patiently at the door and not just running out. Also, she helped a lot with mango jumping. Linda even spent over 3 hours teaching me how to keep training my dog and offered follow up training sessions if needed! Mango seemed to really enjoy her stay there and they were so sweet to her!

The person handling the phone calls was very rude when I called to cancel our overnight boarding. She had the audacity to tell me I'm unprofessional lol...I even apologized and explained our emergency but she didn't have a heart or care in the world in what i had to say. She even hung up on me! I called back thinking maybe my call dropped on my end. I relayed that info to her and her response was " no, I said bye. Is that it?". I was taken a back because I was still talking when the call ended and I never once heard her say that. Talk about who is being unprofessional...I felt like all she cared about was losing out on $$. I've done business with them once before which is why we were going to book another overnight boarding with them. After this experience we will no longer be doing business with them again.
