My girlfriend and I have been working with Joseph and Rebecca for over a year now, and throughout that time they have trained, boarded, and cared for multiple Akitas for us. From the very beginning, their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication have been unmatched. They go far above and beyond in every aspect of what they do. The training they provide is not only essential for everyday life - core obedience, structure, confidence - but also includes special tasks and specialized commands tailored to each dog’s needs. No matter what challenge we’ve brought to them with Levi and Maera, they have consistently exceeded expectations and delivered incredible results. What truly sets them apart is the level of care and effort they put into both the dogs and the owners. They have worked around our tight schedules more times than we can count, whether that meant coming to our home for in-home sessions, doing initial visits personally, or even allowing us to go ick up our dogs after hours on several occasions after boarding. Their flexibility and commitment is something you just don’t find often. They’ve also been unbelievably generous and supportive - helping us with pricing, offering payment plans, and even throwing in extra services and goodies along the way. They care just as much about our dogs success and well-being as we do. They just recently moved into a new facility, and you can absolutely tell they are pouring their all into making it the best space possible for clients, and for their furry friends Joseph and Rebecca are extremely communicative, welcoming, and make the entire process seamless and stress-free. We always know our dogs are safe, cared for, and in the best hands possible. Great training, great trainer. Would recommend to anyone that need help. I want to mention they also took good care of the dog during boarding and training. I was surprised that Tofu came back not smelling bad at all which means they keep their space very clean!
