I cannot say enough good things about this husband and wife duo. They took my 6-month-old frenchie for two weeks board/train, and she came back not darting out the front door, not pulling and swerving on her leash, and really working on her commands. They offer private sessions as well and will answer ANY AND ALL questions you have. They are just great and I HIGHLY recommend them!!

I'm updating my review since my experience with JRK9 turned out to be not so great...the 5 star reviews are not the level of service I received! I enrolled my dog in JR-K9's board-and-train program, which included two weeks of boarding followed by three months of ongoing training sessions for me as the owner. The ongoing sessions were to be every two-weeks for 3 months.... Unfortunately, the follow-up training process has been very disappointing. Once they get your money, then the follow up training sessions really never happen, they just waste your time. Over a span of 2 months now, I've only had a 1 hour session. The lack of communication caused time to be wasted, which I think is their intent...The last time I scheduled a meeting, they had an excuse that their time was wrong when they didn't show up, but never apologized or further communicated with me to make it right....just sent another link. So I'm going to wait again? Horrible Customer Service! Looking back, I'm not even confident the initial 2 week boarding was meaningful either. Certainly not worth the amount of money I spent for this 5 star stellar program. In your response, you're saying "you were late one time"...No, sir, IF you showed up at my house for this 2nd session in 2 months you didn't say anything to me...So, you just left? Did you ask me if I was interested in continuing with the session even though you were late? No! There was NO communication about that! Just a link.... Also, you mention the videos....I watched a portion of the videos, but that is not what I signed up for. I only wanted help walking my dog and a lot of that was not what I was interested in. You were selling me all the bells and whistles that go with dog training. So, it looks like you charged me for things I didn't ask for... You also mentioned to me on the first session that my dog didn't like being walked because of the stress it created....so why didn't you let me know in the beginning and cancel any further training during the 2 week boarding? Why would I continue with a company that's not being honest?
Joseph and Rebecca have done a fantastic job with our dog Missy. She no longer barks uncontrollably at the window...one bark, call her name, done. Everyone's quality of life has improved! Looking forward to taking next steps with Joseph to get her socialized, my first trip with her to Home Depot comes up next week.
