Joy's Confident K9

I can’t say enough great things about Joy! She has been an incredible dog trainer for both of my large breed dogs since they were about six weeks old. From basic commands to helping them build great behavior habits, Joy has truly worked wonders. Her knowledge and experience shine through in every session, and it’s clear she genuinely loves what she does. In addition to the training, Joy also boards my dogs and offers doggy daycare on a weekly basis. I always feel confident and at ease knowing they’re in such capable hands. It’s so clear that Joy puts so much love and care into every aspect of their stay. My dogs have made tremendous progress thanks to her, and I honestly feel like I have some of the best-trained dogs around because of her dedication. I highly recommend Joy to anyone looking for a trainer, doggy daycare, or boarding services. She’s absolutely top-notch!

Response to Owner: It is quite the coincidence that she supposedly did not hear anything further from me when I sent multiple text messages asking if we could receive a refund for a service that she did not provide. She even responded to texts earlier in the day of the first message. Seems like she either blocked or ignored me, both are quite unprofessional and dishonest in my opinion. Regardless, I would recommend going with someone more professional. Original Post: I signed my dog up for training sessions with Joy. We really enjoyed them at first and saw improvements with our puppy. Our last session kept getting pushed back because she would cancel last minute. We were very understanding of her situation. However, about a month before I was going to be moving out of state, I let her know I was leaving and I wanted to complete my dog’s last training session. She was really hard to contact and organize anything with. At last minute (a few days before I left), she offered what I considered to be two unsatisfactory options. I asked if I could just have the last class refunded since I tried to plan something with her to use it but we just could not with her schedule (even though she assured me that she would have openings the two weeks before I left). She has been ignoring me since. I have tried to get in contact with her multiple times and have received no response. I initially recommended her to many friends but cannot in good conscience do that anymore. It feels very unprofessional to be ignored when I am trying to come up with a resolution we can both be satisfied with.
