During the first session, our head training Kylie, went to their house to conduct a thorough behavioral evaluation to determine the best course of training with George. Emily was not at this session. After agreeing on a training program, Geoge signed a training contract for a package of 8 training sessions for a total fee of $775. Sessions 2 and 3, Kylie met with both Emily and George and used their preferred training aids to perform training exercises as agreed to in their initial training program. Unfortunately, the 4th session was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Attempts were made to reschedule the 4th session; however, on 06/02/2020, George requested that the contract be voided and a refund be issued. In compliance with George’s request, the contract was voided and a refund was issued based on the single session fee for the sessions completed. Check #1074 written to the order of George Watson and was mailed on 07/06/2020 to the address listed on the initial contract. They were sent this refund 34 days later...not months! We have helped thousands of clients successfully over the years who have had aggression issues with their dogs. Our Methods are safe and humane: NO shock collars, NO choke chains and NO spike collars. The only tools we have as humans to communicate clearly with another species (dogs) is our training aids. This is not a values issue. We never insist on clients using a training aid if they are not comfortable with our recommendations. Our goal is to help people help their dogs in a way that is natural and comfortable for all. We are professional dog trainers, not treat/trick trainers. The professional training tools and aids we used are humane and we help to ensure all equipment is fitted properly. Emily’s choice to not use the training aids that we knew would help her was her decision. We have been training dogs here in the greater San Diego area for over 30 years. No fraud here, just a husband who signed up for a program that the wife didn’t like. We are disappointed to have not been allowed to continue the training program; however, we wish Emily, George and their pack the very best.
