John K9 Dog Training, Boarding, and Daycare

I wanted to share my positive experience with this facility. My dog had had some prior training, but he wasn’t quite where I wanted him to be in a few areas. My first visit was with John himself. He was very thorough, and took his time to explain things. Even though there was a lot going on at the facility during my visit, not once did he rushed anything. Alexis was my dog’s actual trainer. She is a compassionate yet so capable trainer and I couldn’t be happier. My dog Diego looked just as happy the day that he finished his 3 week course as the day he went in. My biggest concern was that being a doodle owner their coats require quite a bit of maintenance to prevent matting. I was fully expecting to have to deal with knots and matting after 3 weeks. This was absolutely not the case. This on its own tells me everything I need to know about how well they take care of the animals while in their facility. It’s a big investment, but I highly recommend this facility.

We were going on a two week vacation, and thought it would be a good time to send our pup, Blu, in for training. We called around several different places. John called us, and we felt comfortable with him immediately. We are very happy we went with our gut feeling. His prices were also much more reasonable. We got our pup back today, and Alexis, his trainer, taught him so much in such a short time. We will for sure use this facility again for boarding or any of our pets needs. He looked happy and healthy when we picked him up. They also sent updates three days a week that all our family were excited to see. Thank you for the great service. Savannah, the lady at the front desk sent the updates. She is great. It did not feel like a business. He felt more like people who love animals.
