Tried multiple times to contact JN, but never received any response. If they didn't feel they could work with our dog, they could have at least replied as such.
We brought a 3 year old misbehaving (but adorable!) beagle to Jess and in 2 weeks she has her able to be walked off leash, listening to many basic commands and an all around great companion for us. Jess was so great to work with and our family loves working with her.
