Javi is very patient and knowledgeable, always made sure that we were properly informed and confident in our ability to reinforce his techniques. He was very patient with Lola and genuinely cared about her progress in the program. I can already see a huge difference in her behavior. We are so thankful for his daily dedication and always going above and beyond for Lola.

My dog was previously adopted and returned to the shelter for being too aggressive. After a few weeks with him, I thought I might have to do the same. He jumped, bit, barked at everything and basically had no boundaries or self control. Nothing I did got through to him.
