I just wanted to let you know how wonderful Melissa was to work with. My pup, Carli learned so many valuable skills (me too!). Melissa was very patient with all my questions and she showcased that patience in how she worked with Carli. Her common sense approach to training has made it easy for me to continue teaching those valuable skills. I highly recommend Melissa and your company to anyone looking for puppy training!

I usually don't post reviews for a business, however this encounter left me bothered. I cannot comment on the actual training itself as it never happened, but I can comment on the communication. I got "ghosted" via email twice when trying to set up training for my dog. The first time it happened I was understanding, reached out again and he apologized for not responding, so it was all good. We began discussing my dog and the last email I sent was asking about pricing and scheduling. After that no response. I waited a few days and even checked my spam folder, but there was nothing. It's been over week since the last email I sent with no response. I get running a business is a lot, but the communication was so poor. I can't just sit around waiting forever to hear back from a potential trainer when there are other trainers who respond within a timely manner.
