FirstBarkNanette is an incredible dog trainer. She took my fearful six month old poodle puppy, Jesse, and turned him into a confident, well mannered poodle. She also has a lot of patience with teaching us how to train Jesse. I strongly recommend her and her teaching methods.

I don't believe that a dog should be punished for or into a behavior. Nanette is awesome! I went to her with help introducing my dog to my boyfriend's son and dogs. She is an anxious/nervous dog that tends to let out her frustrations with growls, and sometimes dog fights. Nanette helped me slowly introduce them all and taught me all her cues that helps me know when my dog is stressed or relaxed. Nanette is very knowledgable on all areas of training. She gave me lots of handouts, borrowed books to read, and was so helpful! You get a lot of value out of the training and I'm so thankful for her! My dog is now best friends with my boyfriends son and dog! (as you can see in these photos) :) Highly recommend!

I have tried a few training places before, but none of them compare to this! The amount of care, dedication, and the time she spends getting to know the dogs & their unique qualities so she can formulate the best training plan suited for them was amazing. You can tell a lot of love goes into everything & I am very thankful. I gained so much great advice & insight. My Leo is doing so much better, all thanks to her! Definitely recommend.
Amazing trainer I would highly recommend. Nannette was friendly and knowledgeable about training your furry friend. She gave clear and easy instructions and even tested your skills to evaluate your training. My puppy Panini was always happy to see her cause she got rewarded and got to play while training. Nannette is definitely skilled in her craft.
Nanette is an amazing trainer to work with, and she is clearly passionate about dogs. She was so patient and caring towards my anxious dog. Through training, I learned how to reinforce good behaviors. It’s not just dog training, it’s human training too! I highly recommend her to anyone considering dog training.
