Nanette was amazing. Benny is a 2 yr old Havanese who had tremendous anxiety before she came along. We thought we had tried everything. Then I came across Jazzy Pawz on google. She is flexible and very informative. Nanette came over and Benny literally barked at her for 40 min. BUT she did not quit on him. Over many weeks we learned techniques on how to deal with his anxiety and divert him away from barking at people and the door so much. We worked with separation anxiety too. He has learned so much and so have we. We will be definitely calling her again in the future. I highly recommend her service.

My husband & I rescued our girl Georgie at age 1, the sweetest girl & a pure love but no denying she would jump at the door when guests arrived and go after their feet. On the leash, she would jump, go after rabbits, birds and do her best to be acknowledged by people. We contacted Nanette for some training in hopes to reach some goals with Georgie. Nanette came to our house, a free consult, evaluated Georgie, took her time & educated us. There after, Nanette worked with us every week. Every session she provided us with literature to read and went through it with us explaining all while working hands on with Georgie and us. Her positive reinforcement methods, patience and reward based training gave us the exact tools we needed for success. Nanette often texted great helpful info as well. We also met out of the house at various locations and she provided us the support and guidance we needed to handle Georgie on the leash. She didn’t just train our pup, she trained us. The stress that we had is no longer there and Georgie is calmer too. Utilizing the tools and methods taught, Georgie doesn’t jump at the door anymore and our guests can walk through our home without her going after their feet. We can go for long walks and we are able to handle her on the leash and she pays no mind to the rabbits, birds and others. Working with Nanette over the course of 8-10 weeks completely transformed our daily routine!! We would highly recommend Nanette for anyone looking for an excellent, compassionate trainer!!

We had such an amazing experience with Nanette! From the very beginning, it was clear how knowledgeable and passionate she is. She took the time to understand our dog Tuba’s personality and training needs, which made such a difference. She was incredibly patient and encouraging with not only Tuba, but us too! He seems more calm, patient and happy, and enjoys training SO much. If you’re looking for a trainer who truly cares about your dog’s well-being and uses kind, positive training methods, I can’t recommend Nanette enough. It’s been such a positive experience for us!
