What is required to attend daycare or boarding?
The health requirements include Rabies Vaccine, Distemper (DHPP) Vaccine, Bordetella Vaccine, and a Negative Fecal Exam within the last 6 months, afterwards they are require them yearly. Dog's must be spayed or neutered at 7 months or pulled from daycare. Companion Camp allows unaltered dog's as it is small group play and walks. Each dog must attend a Trial visit to ensure your dog's temperament is appropriate for daycare or boarding.

My pup has been going to JaxDog Drop Riverdog for over a decade. Obedience classes, day camp, refresher days... he's done it all! The entire staff - Alex, Aliyah, Claudia, Emily, Erica, Gabby, Jason, Kapriele, Kyle, Riley, Sakura, Sasha, Shirlie, and Therese - are all wonderful and truly care about each dog as if they were their own. Highly recommend!!
This team is amazing! I see their care and compassion for dogs and it is appreciated. Kaprielle especially, but also Shirlie, Liz, Erika, and Claudia! Shoutout to all of you for keeping mine and others pups safe and happy, so we can have peace of mind as customers. You are all appreciated.
Love this place! They make you feel like your pup's in good hands. Friendliest people! Love Kaprielle, Always greeted like a friend, very personable. Honestly everyone, Claudia, liz, Erika, Therese, riley, kyle, emily, Alex and Sakura all take amazing care of our dog and are always excited to see him. They're just the best!

Indie started going to Jax Riverdog in November of 2023, and I cannot say enough positive things about this location and the people that work there - especially with their Companion Camp that Indie attends. Indie has some food sensitivities and wears a supportive leg brace- and Jax has been incredibly accommodating and caring with her. They recently added a bunch of fun activities to their calendar for the pups - and I love seeing the daily posts that they share on Facebook and Instagram. I would especially like to thank Jason, Shirlie, Jordyn and Caroline for taking such wonderful care of Indie (and the other pups) while I am at work.
