Jasper's Splash Zone

For reference, this was on a Thursday 8/1 at 4:00pm, I think the lady’s name is Yvette, not entirely sure but the date and time frame should confirm it. I do not recommend this place for your furr baby Unfortunately, I had a very bad first experience. The minute I parked and got off my car, the lady started yelling at my dog and I, saying that he better not pee on the sidewalk. I’m super considerate and he actually peed and pooped 5 minutes before getting here. I told her that and she kept saying that he better not pee there and that we have to follow the rules.? Then, we go inside and she was just looking at us condescendingly. It took her a few minutes before she introduced herself, it should of been the very first thing she did.. She started by asking if my dog had swim before and I was like just once for like a quick minute and she would say backhanded comments such as “ugh, he’s pretty old, you should of taught him how to swim since he was young?” Lmao ok? He is a little over 1 year. These are petty, inconsiderate, unwanted comments. My dog was trying to say hi to her and she moved away from him dramatically saying “no, excuse me” mind you, my dog is a 10 lb mini golden doodle… If people like her are working at these type of places you would think they have to like dogs, no? Anyhow, she made me very uncomfortable, I felt judged the whole time with her body language and backhanded comments. I politely told her that I did not appreciate her energy and that she made me feel very uncomfortable. I told her that I would just call and request a refund and she was like “aww but you didn’t even pay” another backhanded comment. Her tone, her body language, her up and down stares… I never experienced anything like this before, it was a trip.. As we were walking away and towards my car, she comes out the door and she kept yelling at us. We ignored her, got on our car and left. To the owner, I’m so sorry I have to give your business a bad review, you should really consider auditing your employee’s work to ensure they proudly represent your company.

Absolutely the best place for anything dog. We swim our 4 standard schnauzers with Yvet every week. The dogs love her...she is so good with them. We also do weekly scent work with Yvet. Her energy and enthusiasm while working with me and the dogs is awesome. The dogs and I have also done rally and Yvet got my puppy going in FCAT. If I could have given more than 5 stars I would! Thank you for such a fantastic facility.

I took my dog here at a regular cadence because she enjoyed it, but suddenly the owner changed my time slot and seemed offended I couldn’t make it. I only canceled one other time for a family emergency. I always felt this energy from her that I should feel fortunate to be allowed there anyway, she didn’t need my money. All good, I don’t miss that energy, and I found other enrichment activities for my dog.
