Terrible experience. Arrived with 18 month old puppy for mandatory half day boarding evaluation only to be harshly grilled and criticized very rudely by the senior older ladies in charge there. After booking the appointment, these two didn’t seem to want my lovable pup at all. Criticisms for puppy excitement wetting in their floor.
At pickup, no feedback at all. Rudeness continued. Hastily handed the leash outdoors in front of their messy office. Promised a feedback report. Nothing ever came.
Wild! Like a Twilight Zone experience. Good luck! Buyer beware. There are so many wonderful boarding facilities like K9. I could trust my puppy with these folks. Never!

I cannot say enough good things about Jasper’s Splash Zone. We recently took our 14-year-old dog, Cedric, for his final swim before he will soon be put down, and the care they showed us was something I will never forget.
They treated not only Cedric with incredible kindness and compassion, but also took such personal care of me and my wife during one of the hardest moments of our lives. What could have been only heartbreaking became something truly meaningful, memorable, and even joyful because of the love and attention they gave us.
They genuinely touched my heart, and I will always be grateful for the experience they gave our family. For anyone even slightly considering visiting Jasper’s Splash Zone, please do not pass up the opportunity. It is an amazing experience, and the care they provide is something truly special.

If you have a larger dog, working dog, or just playful / energetic dog you won’t find anywhere better in the Denver metro area. They take such great care of each dog, treating them like their own, and have deep expertise in training across retrieving, dock diving, and other drills. We have the ultimate peace of mind leaving our precious pup at Jaspers and love everything they do. 10/10

I’ve brought all three of my dogs here — Emmy, Shadow, and Tonka. Each of them were gradually and gently introduced to the pool. We now visit weekly, and all three dogs love diving in.
Yvet is incredibly skilled, knowledgeable, and patient. Highly recommend!
