The team at Jackpot has completely transformed our dogs! We recently relocated to an apartment in Austin after years of living on acres of land in rural New York, where our dogs had very little interaction with people. The transition to city life—elevators, neighbors, leashed walks, and frequent encounters with other dogs—was a huge adjustment, and we knew they needed help fast. We enrolled them in Jackpot’s daytrain program, and within just two months, the difference was remarkable. They’re now consistently complimented on their manners, walk beautifully on leash, and handle busy environments with ease. We also use and love their boarding services and we’re so grateful to Jackpot for giving our dogs (and us!) the tools to thrive in this new chapter.

We love Travis and Jackpot! Our dogs are so happy there and well taken care of. They actually like going there. We use them for vacations and don’t worry about out two German Shepherds when they are in Travis’ hands.
Love this place, my dog does day care here and always looks so happy when I pick her up. The place is huge and the dogs have tons of space to explore.
