Jackie's Wag 'N Train

When Benji rescued me, he was terrified of everything. He had no confidence, spending the majority of his day hiding under desks and behind furniture with his tail tucked between his legs. Sadly, this was the result of a neglectful hoarding situation he grew up in. I was convinced that Benji would never be a normal happy puppy... At our consult visit with Jackie, he did not want to leave my side. Benji had no interest in playing nor would he accept any sort of treat or reward. After just a few classes with Jackie, Benji transformed into a whole new puppy with more energy and joy than I ever thought possible. With each visit, he gained more and more confidence while learning critical behaviors that every dog should know. After just a year with Jackie’s Wag ‘N Train, Benji has evolved into a social butterfly greeting customers every day at our family business. He is now a certified therapy dog sharing his smile with everyone he meets! Jackie is a wonderful trainer, instructor and friend who takes the time to get to know all of her students on a deep level so she can help them achieve their goals! Benji and I are so thankful and blessed to be part of the JWNT family!

I recently adopted a cattle dog and quickly learned that I didn't know how to give my new pup the life she deserves. I found Jackie and she has been wonderful! She loves every single dog that comes in and you can just tell how much she loves what she does!!! I'm so glad I found Jackie. She has really given me a lot of confidence that I can train my cattle dog myself and she's taught me just how to do that!

We went to Jackie's Wag 'N Train for our sweet Chiweenie, YoYo. We had adopted her from a shelter who had no history on her. When we got her home we were thrilled that she was so good with our chickens and cats. However, at just the scent of a dog she would flip out. She also saw her big brother, TJ, as merely a vessel for food and walking. Our initial consultation with Jackie set our goals: listen to her big brother and be able to socialize with other dogs. Our first lesson was full of challenges for our pup AND for us. It was through Jackie's patient and persistent guidance in classes (and support outside of class) that we all transformed. We marveled at the positive changes that happened from first to last class. Yoyo became a model for the new pups and TJ gained confidence and skills that we saw benefit him in other areas, too. He became more assertive and sure of himself in all areas. Their bond became stronger, too, which was the sweetest part of it all! We can't wait to continue our training journey with JWNT as we are thrilled with our growth so far!
