J. Wells Kennels LLC

I just recently attended the Method training seminar, with our GSP puppy, at J Wells Kennels and I have nothing but good to say. The trainers, Jordan and Joe, and Sonny were so patient, kind, and took so much time to teach me how to be a better dog owner and handler. I arrived there feeling frustrated, deflated, and lacking confidence with my dog and left there feeling empowered and confident. Additionally, I've seen a tremendous change in our dog's behavior. I am so grateful for them and the knowledge they shared and can't wait to continue with future lessons. Thank you!

J Wells worked with our standard poodle and it was such an amazing experience! Everyone there has brings a wealth of knowledge and has such a tight grip on what each dog needs. They explain everything so well and everything just immediately makes sense. They teach you how to encourage your dog to behave in a way that makes them happy because it makes the owner happy; because the dog is rightfully fitting into the lifestyle. They just help it all click. We worked alot with trainer Joe and he couldn't have been more helpful! We will definitely be visiting again for all our training needs!

Absolutely amazing. We attended the seminar last year at J. Wells and it was so much more than I could’ve hoped for. Jordan and his team were amazing throughout the two days. We brought a 10 month GSP that was testing my every nerve. After trying my old ways I knew I needed to try something new. Jordans step by step approach to the Method system was incredible. He spent the time explaining every step of the system and how to have the proper mindset between dog and handler. After the seminar, I spent the summer doing one on one training working with Joe Lussier. Joe always spent time before the lesson to discuss what I wanted to accomplish but was also not afraid to pivot from those plans if needed. Every few weeks we’d have a lesson with Joe and then continue the work at home. This allowed me to grow as a handler and truly understand the dog but at the same time knowing I had Joe in my corner to answer any questions that arise. Once the hunting season came around I knew we would be ready. It was a such an enjoyable season. From wild birds in Maine to pen raised in CT. It was awesome watching a young dog piece it all together. I am looking forward to continue training sessions at J. Wells kennels.
