New to the area and this was the first time using this groomer. Friendly enough staff, cut turned out ok. I have a senior, skittish dog that does not like getting groomed and I did warn the staff ahead of time. When I dropped off my dog I was told it usually takes about 3 hours but since he was in good condition it would probably not take that long. When I picked him up I was charged an additional $14 because "he did not behave and it took extra time to cut him". He was done in less then 2 hours which was way under the original 3 hours. I did not care for the extra fee which I was never warned about ahead of time. If you have an older difficult pet this may not be the place for them.

I have had great results with J & K Pet Services. Katie does excellent grooming with my little yorkies and Jen is a fantastic trainer. Very accommodating to my schedule and helpful. I would highly recommend these ladies and their staff for any grooming and/or training needs.
