Beth has a lot of hardware on the walls and in this case that hardware translates to a very satisfying learning experience for those that are serious about success. I have an Airedale Terrier that is far from ideal for agility training. Beth stayed with us and allowed us to achieve our goals. My team is very appreciative of her guidance. The facility is first rate. If you're serious about the sport or you just want to have fun giving your furry partner some good skills check It's PAWSible out.

I have been coming here for 3+ years and absolutely love Beth and her team! She helps encourage such a strong, positive bond between dog and owner. She has helped me train two dogs so far and hopefully more in the future! I find her classes educational and fun. I have a strong foundation at baseline with dog training but she still manages to challenge us and help critique anything she feels necessary or that could just benefit us. Beyond manners/puppy classes her agility class is great! My dog LOVES Friday night classes together! She gives sound, knowledgeable advice and always looks out for owner and dog (even if it’s not what everyone wants to hear). I recommend this establishment and Beth to anyone who asks for help with a behavior or just general guidance.

My wife , dog and I had been going to It's Pawsible for approximately two years. We started out with a basic manners class, then took up agility classes. Prior to the start of any class, you pay in full. When we first started there we paid by credit card. We were asked if we could pay for future classes by check or cash. Some we paid by check, but cash was preferred. We never got a receipt, nor would have thought it was necessary to ask for one. We, after all, were long term loyal customers. Remember that--it will be important later. We had signed up, paid for in cash and begun a block of six agility classes contracted for Monday nights when then government COVID shut downs forced the business to take a break. After the break and prior to classes resuming, we were told that the classes would no longer be on Monday nights, but were going to be moved to a new night to be determined. I do not know why we didn't simply resume on Monday nights as that is what we originally signed up for. However, we told Beth, the owner/instructor, that we could do M,T,W or Thursday nights and that Friday nights and weekends would not work for us. You guessed it. She picked Friday nights and the class continued on through the spring and summer with out us. She asked us several times to come back to classes on Friday nights, but we had to say no. We finally emailed Beth, as she had our money, asking if she was planning to have a class on nights other than weekends. She told us that she was not. The next email asking if we could get the remaining money back was answered by her husband Wayne who stated that they don't do refunds. We asked him to run the matter by Beth as she knew all the particulars. The answer was that he had and that they did "nothing wrong" and don't do refunds. Wayne holds the title of secretary. He should not be let near a keyboard let alone have communication with a customer. They offered nothing. This matter could have easily been resolved by something as simple as having us come by for a couple one on one lessons etc. It would have cost her nothing but her time and a little good will. It took them a couple days and a couple emails to figure out their new turn-the-table strategy. I say "them" as I really don't know who is actually answering the emails. We never had any dealings with Wayne in the years we went there. The new strategy was to say that they checked the records and we never paid for the class, that we owe them for the classes we took prior to the break and demanded that we show proof that we had paid. Isn't that clever? They know we paid cash and never got a receipts. Any one who has ever been there will tell you that it's pay up first thing. We were loyal, long term customers and I thought that we had a pretty good relationship. When you consider the length of time we had been going there this is incredibly short sighted on their part. Beth knows our dog and knows he has many agile years left in him. The way we were kicked to the curb is deplorable. To say that we didn't pay is an outrageous fabrication. ( after this occurred I read a similar review by a guy that was there for three years and when his classes got moved he was owed just one class worth $25. Same story-no refund and done). These people have no concept of how to treat customers nor the capacity to figure out and do the right thing in a simple case like this. We were nothing but dollar signs to them. A little good will would have gone a long way. If you go there--get a receipt. You may be asked to give them a positive review, as our class was, to balance off the negative ones. Don't jump the gun on that request.

My wife and I have been taking our dogs here for as long as we can remember, literally. Beth has always been incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and thorough. When we've worked on certain behavioral issues, she follows up with texts, phone calls and emails and we've always been pleased and had good results with her recommendations. We also enjoy taking our dogs to her classes from basic manners to agility. She makes class fun for both dog and person.
