It's PAWSible! Dog Training Center

Beth and Sheila are wonderful instructors, clear & patient with complete focus on the dogs' learning & process. I have taken the basic manners class twice, both times with mature rescues (5 & 6 years old) that had difficulty adapting to a training regiment. Beth was flexible and understanding and nonjudgmental. At It's PAWSible, they are disciplined, straightforward, and yet still very kind. They call it as they see it, which I appreciated, especially with my challenging rescues. They are dog lovers through & through. I found the hybrid component of the class, only in place with my second dog, to be super helpful as Beth's concise and clear videos helped us practice at home. My dog was behind all the others and Beth & Sheila encouraged us to work at our own pace. Finally, when my life was disrupted by a fire, Beth immediately honored my request to apply my tuition to the next cycle. If you are looking for direct and goal-oriented instruction that focuses on successful outcomes you will love this class!

Over the past year, I’ve taken many classes with Beth. My dog and I are now in Beth’s agility program. What I noticed first is that Beth took the time to get to know both me and my dog. Beth takes what she learns from listening and watching and uses her expertise and observations to work with each dog and handler as a unique team. She is able to teach technical skills while always prioritizing the bond between dog and handler. Beth emphasizes that it’s the handler’s responsibility to be clear, (dogs are amazing but not mind readers)! I don’t think I ever imagined how much I could or would learn about training or about being my dog’s teammate. Beth’s work with us had made me a much more confident and clear handler, which in turn has made training so fun and SO interesting ( and so much easier for my dog 😊)!
