Invisible Fence of Frederick

Such a great experience with the invisible fence team! We called and they came out to do the estimate right away, and within a week we had the fence installed. They were so helpful with the training and came out often to help the dog (more so me) with training. Their customer service and responsiveness is great! They really care about you and your pet. We are extremely happy with our fence, and our 9.5 y/o bull dog loves his new found freedom.

I highly recommend Frederick County office...I wasted a year messing with Apple Valley office. Apple Valley told me my collar was working fine after I took it to them to test...just snug it up they said...it will works they said...NOT!!!. I kept bringing her back home time and time again, so frustrated that the collar did not keep her in knowing I had done everything the way I was instructed. Sooo guess what... HERE'S WHY---The collar was not working properly that whole time, it gave the sound but no shock. The Frederick County office found problem the same day and replaced the faulty collar at no charge to me on the following day. I am so thankful I made the call to Frederick...please call the right provider so you do not go through what I did.
