Not a good experience. Spent a lot of money for my dog to learn two commands, sit and down. She still does not come when called. I guess that is considered off leash training and costs a lot more. Got an answering service most times when calling during business hours and rarely got a call back without placing additional calls. Placed last call several weeks ago to schedule follow up lesson, still haven't received a call back. I'm sure if I was a CEO of a major corporation or a professional athlete buying a $20,000 German Shepherd from him, my experience would be much different.

Steve is great! I have sent my German Shepherd to him for 3 different levels of training and I have been pleased every time. Steve knows what he is doing and will keep your dog with him until he knows that he has satisfied what you are wanting. I would and have recommended him to everyone.

Absolutely awful experience, one star is too many. We sent our bloodhound to Steve and were promised the moon. What we got was our dog being attacked and losing about 2" off of an ear. They have never made any attempt to make good even after several calls and emails demanding a refund. $1500 down the drain. BEWARE!!
