She shows love and compassion that far surpasses our expectations. She also shares photos of our dog, which helps us cope with being away. We know she is giving our dog walks and takes the time to play with her, which gives us peace of mind. We trust her 100% with our dog, as well as our home.
I have cats. Indoor & outdoor. Charlotte has taken care of them countless times for years. She also took care of our dog when my husband and I were travelling alot. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my four legged children. She gives them love, attention & play in addition to their food and care needs. Love her.
Charlotte does a great job with our pets! The cats and fish are in good hands and it let's us vacation without a worry. She takes her time to learn what tasks are needed and gets the lay of the land beforehand which build our trust. The updates each day are amazing and communication is great! Truly appreciate her services!
We have a fearful dog and so he takes time and patience to train. Charlotte has worked with him and our very dominant corgi. Both respond well to her. She gives very helpful hints and good, caring training.
