Recently, our family had the pleasure of working with an extraordinary dog trainer, Paul LoRe @ Integrated K9 Solutions, who has left an indelible mark on our dog's life and our relationship. After meticulously researching and reading numerous glowing online reviews, and a personal referral I decided to entrust our Mini-Schnauzer, Tripp, to his capable hands. From our initial consultation, I was impressed by Paul's professionalism, empathy, and genuine love for dogs. He took the time to understand Tripp's individual needs and tailored a training program specifically for him. The training sessions were comprehensive, engaging, and always conducted with a positive and encouraging approach. Tripp, who was once a highly reactive and anxious dog, has undergone a remarkable transformation under Paul's guidance. He has gained confidence, learned essential obedience commands, and developed a strong bond with me and our family. The training has not only improved Tripp’s behavior but has also brought us closer together as a team. Throughout the process Paul remained patient, supportive, and always available to answer my questions. He provided clear instructions and demonstrated the techniques effectively, empowering me to continue the training at home.

There are truly no words to describe how happy I am with the training we received. I had tried multiple dog trainers to gone the best one to help train my daughters service dog and our other family dog. The results were truly impressive and better than any other dog trainer we tried. He always had a real life example to make the training really make sense. I will never use another dog trainer unless he retires, it completely changed our life with our dogs and the calmness of our home in general.

We adopted a Golden puppy in hopes of someday making her our son’s service dog (he has CP). And if that doesn’t happen, we are happy to have a puppy for our kids to grow up with. But we were absolutely wanting to get her training started immediately. So she started in training at 12 weeks old. She is now 4 months old and after our private sessions with Paul, we are thrilled with her progress. She knows more than I’ve had my previous dogs be able to do already. And I’ve trained previous dogs and have gotten them CGC and therapy certified. So I’m not new to dog training. However, I still learn so much more in every session with Paul. We are transitioning to group classes and I’m even more impressed. It teaches these dogs so much. Impulse control, socialization, staying in tune with their handler. One of the best parts is it’s family friendly. Kids allowed and even welcomed to be part of the training! Paul also helps with everyday type training issues with logical and easy approaches to typical puppy problems like counter surfing, crate training etc. We are very happy with our experience and will recommend Paul to anyone.

Our pup completed the two-week board & train, AKA Bootcamp, on Paul’s live farm. This was very important because his farm has a lot of distractions & our breed has a high predatory drive regardless of how he is raised… It’s genetics. All dogs, regardless of breed, need distraction during training because stimuli will present themselves in your daily life & the foundation will set your pup up for success. While Kenji was at boot camp for two weeks, each Thursday, my husband & I & our 11-year-old son visited the farm to integrate Kenji’s new learnings. I appreciated the buildup of learning material as it was not overwhelming. Additionally, Paul sent us home with our most crucial & valuable learnings. Paul explained the NEED to know NOW versus the GOOD to know, which comes with experience. Our family started a text group thread for questions & progress, which was exciting to share with Paul & a fantastic resource. I am pleased to share that Paul has been so active & invested in Kenji. Our next training step will be Saturday group training sessions in a controlled environment. I appreciate that Paul only allows pups he has trained so our pups can focus on growth during these sessions. His sessions are also reasonably priced at $20, so it’s sustainable long-term on the Saturdays we can attend. What I love is that Paul trains every type of breed, size, or age. You’ll see a breed like ours, German Shepherds, Brazilian Mastiffs, Golden Doodles, Golden Retrievers, Dobermans, & Yorkshire Terriers, etc. Our 16-week-old Japanese Akita is THRIVING because of Paul’s training techniques & ability to coach us through something we've never done before. Even our 11 y/o son can execute successfully while we are at work. Our breeder in Minnesota, who also trains dogs, said it is impressive what discipline Kenji can accomplish at such an early age.
