Instinct and Intelligence Canine Training

I highly recommend Instinct and Intelligence Canine Training!!! Katherine's patient, positive, gentle approach was just what our shy/skittish dog needed. Katherine's extensive knowledge, professionalism and experience are top notch and I'm so grateful Instinct and Intelligence was recommended to us. Their prices are reasonable too! We had private in-home sessions and look forward to participating in their classes. They offer a unique and interesting variety of services, along with the more traditional training sessions. I did several private training sessions with my newly adopted 4-year-old foxhound, who did not know how to walk on a leash and had very limited house manners. I wasn't sure how she would do in a class setting so I opted for private training. The sessions with Katie were very affordable, tailored to my dog and my goals, and helped me teach my her skills by playing games and rewarding her. She is now behaving very well in the house and no longer drags me down the road on walks. The sessions were fun for me and my dog and now I have the confidence to keep building on my dog's skills using the same techniques. Also the facility is spacious and safe for dog training, and Katie was very accommodating to meeting around my work schedule. I highly recommend Katie as a trainer with a great deal of experience and understanding of dog behavior and positive training techniques!
