I decided to expand my knowledge and experience by trying out a new trainer and that is where I stumbled across Ryan. I'm now seeing him once a week and it feels like I'm making a years progress every month! Ryan breaks down training techniques in a way that relates to my hobbies and interests. Super nice facility.
