Our 5 year old dog began showing aggression with our toddler and had a few nipping incidents. We talked with other trainers and were disheartened after being told that rehoming the dog was our only solution. Our consultation with Jourdan and the pros at Inkentshane was the best step we've taken in our training journey with Lola. After a 4 week board and train, the difference in her obedience, leash behavior, and crate training was very apparent. Jourdan has really taken the time to understand our home, our dogs background, and our priorities, the first and foremost being the safety of our child. We couldn't have asked for a more personalized training plan than what he has designed for us and our dog. Inkentshane has given us a better dog but also the tools and confidence we needed to make our home a calmer and safer place for kids. We are very satisfied with the progress we have seen and plan to continue our relationship forward with Inkentshane into the future.

We invested a significant amount of money for a trained protection dog and expected both reliability and professional training. Unfortunately, our experience did not match what was represented to us. We experienced serious concerns with the dog’s behavior, including issues that made us feel unsafe in our own home. We also felt the level of training and follow-up support fell far below expectations. We attempted to resolve the matter privately, but were left disappointed with the outcome. Based on our personal experience, we would not recommend this service and encourage others to do thorough research before making a similar investment.
