I put my Lab/Pit mix through Jon's 4-week, board and train program, and I was amazed by the end result! Initially, I didn't think my dog was very trainable---at least not to the extent that I have seen other dogs---but I was completely wrong. Now, my dog seems much more confident, relaxed, focused, and prepared to take on new challenges. And as the owner, I actually feel confident taking him out to venues, peoples' houses, and even to restaurants. Jon's dog training program is incredible, from start to finish. He gives consistent updates about your dogs behavior and progress throughout the training, and he even sends videos of your dog in action. At the end of the program, he'll inform you on everything you need to know to correctly handle your dog through a hands-on lesson using your new leash and training collar. I couldn't be happier with Jon's program and my newly-trained dog!

First off, let me say that this was a very big decision for our family and we took a lot of time researching our options. I couldn’t imagine being without our pup for 4 weeks. After meeting with Jon, I felt confident and fully comfortable with our choice. Winnie, our Great Dane/Doberman puppy, isn’t a “new dog” after training. She is the same amazing girl, but with more confidence and manners. She now has a strong foundation and understands what is expected. She is much happier than when we tried other training methods. Obviously there is still work involved on our part, but Jon made sure we had all of the tools to succeed and was there to answer any questions throughout the process. The results exceeded our expectations. With 2 young kids, this training was a godsend. We are thrilled with the results and would highly recommend Indy K-9.

I would highly recommend board & train with Jon and his team! My dog is a 1 year old golden doodle and stayed with Jon for 4 weeks. His main issues were pulling when walking, barking, jumping and not coming when called. I’ve had him home for less than 24 hours and already he is following commands and adjusting with corrections when needed. Jon uses commands and corrections and it’s very effective. Jon was extremely communicative while my dog stayed with him. Sending photos and videos of progress and calling me each week with an update on the progress and to answer any questions I had. When I picked my dog up I stayed at Jon’s for 2 hours so I could get the proper training to reinforce all my dog had learned. Jon kindly reminded me that my dog was now smarter than me and I had to learn the right way to give him directions - he was right! Jon’s boarding and training facility is well-equipped and incredibly clean, I almost couldn’t believe he had 5 dogs on his own on top of 20+ that he was boarding and/or training!!! I could not recommend Jon and his team enough. Thank you so much! We are so happy with the results!
