Independent K-9 L.L.C.

We have been working privately with Erin since Spring of this year and we could not be more pleased with the progress we have made with our Great Pyrenees. She clearly has a gift and takes great personal pride in helping each person and canine she works with. Erin is honest, incredibly insightful and wonderful to work with. Can not say enough about her! Above and beyond the best trainer we have found.

Erin has been our trainer for sometime now. She is nothing but professional caring and very understanding with our Shepherds. We board with her from time to time and our Shepherds love her and have no issues be it in the many classes we have had with her and her staff or when she watches over them. And the Wednesday social class she holds is a great day for our pups who enjoy that to the max. I have had Shepherds for many years and have had other trainers. I must say the philosophy that Erin instills is a great match for my family and our Shepherds. She will take time with you and wont make you feel like your a number but part of a family.

Erin, Jess, and the staff at Independent K9 are absolutely fantastic! We have been taking our dog Pixie to Independent K9 for four years after working with other trainers. Erin is professional, knowledgeable, and goes out of her way to accommodate our schedules. As a dog owner it always is sad when you leave you puppy, but it makes me feel happy to see Pixie’s tail wag and happy demeanor whenever she sees Erin and Jess. The training space is huge! Pixie was a completely different dog (for the better) when she came back from Independent K9 after her initial training session. We would (and have) highly recommend Independent K9 to anyone in the DMV/West Virginia area looking for a solid dog trainer who truly cares for and loves dogs!!! We have referred friends to Independent K9 and they felt as happy as we are!!!
