We are so thankful to Darla and the entire team at Imperial County Canine Institute! ❤️🐾 Happy and Lucky had their first-ever boarding experience, staying for two weeks due to a family emergency. Our family was very nervous, especially because Lucky is diabetic and blind and requires special medication and care. From the moment we met Darla, we knew she was a true dog lover. She took the time to understand their individual needs and stayed in touch throughout their stay with texts, videos, and updates. This gave us so much peace of mind. We just brought them home, and they were calm, happy, clean, and so well cared for. The grooming service was also amazing! Thank you, Darla, and your wonderful team, for taking such great care of our babies. You have earned our complete trust, and we now know exactly where to turn whenever our dogs need care. ❤️🐶🐶

Be careful who you get trained with, I was being trained with Chris and Darla.. Chris would avoid and ignore me when it came to training my dog and it came to a point how unprofessional it was when I was left in limbo on what was going to happen in my dog training. So I moved on with Darla for her to just watch me get bit and attacked BY MY DOBERMAN AT IN N OUT and bruised on both arms for weeks. I was being open and honest how I was my grandmothers guardian so if there was a last minute cancellation on my dog training it was for my grandma health. So in the end I never got any reason on why Chris ignored me and never reach back out to me. So thanks to Darla for giving me back my refund.. hopefully you guys won’t do the same mistake with another client 🖤

Jack has flourished with the care & discipline of Darla (best trainer ever 💯 ) while looking stylishly cool with his fauxhawk (thanks to Brittney, such a talented groomer✨). Everyone @ ICK9I has been absolutely fantastic 👏🏼 We appreciate all the love & support our pup is getting (it has made our lives not only easier but more enjoyable). Thanks to ICK9I, Jack is more calm, confident & composed. We look forward to our continued journey with ICK9I 🐾
