We are currently working with Rick. He is working with our 16-month-old German Rott, Ace. He has already produced results, after only 3 sessions! Ace knows basic commands such as sit, down, paw, stay, crate, etc., but he has been in desperate need of some obedience training (jumping up, leash training, the “leave it” command, etc.). Ace is jumping MUCH less & we are currently working on the “drop it” command.
Rick greeted Ace with an openness that we appreciated & with a patience that we ourselves as owners are striving for.
Highly recommend Rick for all of your dog training needs!

Rick was amazing with my rescue dog. Months after adopting him he starting showing alpha and aggressive issues towards other dogs including my other male. Rick was super available by phone call, text and in person and was quickly able to assess him and give me the proper tools to correct this behavior. I’m happy to report he now seems to be issue free. Highly recommend!!

Rick Markum is an amazing dog trainer. He doesn't have a one- size- fits- all approach. He gets to know you and your dog and customizes an approach that works for you both. My dog adores him and is learning things she never would have at the other obedience training classes I've taken my dogs to over the years. I highly recommend Rick!
