I can’t say enough GREAT things about this training school. My dad and I were extremely impressed! This is a professional, personalized attention and clean dog training facility! Everyone is extremely helpful and kind. My doodle was a handful and I’m pleased to say that Chris gave us the tools to manage Arthur in a kind and loving manner. Chris has the expertise and knowledge in canine behavior and training methodologies which impressed us. Chris would predict my dog’s next moves and he was spot on every time! Thanks to everyone at Idaho Elite K-9. We will be back for boarding and grooming 🐶.

We recently boarded our dog, Willie, at Idaho Elite K-9 Boarding for the first time, and it was an absolutely great experience. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly, and their customer service truly stands out. They clearly have a lot of expertise with dogs, which gave us peace of mind from the start. Throughout Willie’s stay, they kept me updated, which I really appreciated as a first-time boarding experience with this facility. The facility is very clean and well-maintained, and I felt confident that Willie was being well cared for the entire time. Ranger passed his Canine Good Citizen help thanks to Chris and the team at k9 Elite! Our main reason for enrolling Ranger with Chris, was he was too interested in our cats. We had hit a wall, can could not move forward on our own. Ranger wanted to topple the cats over, lay on them, essentially play with them like big dogs. We started with foundational work of ‘place’ and ‘leave it’, once those were solid, we were able to work with the cats. We brought our cat to the training building so Chris could observe Ranger’s body language and let us know if it was playful versus aggressive. And gave us homework on how to help them integrate. As you can see, Ranger no longer hyper focuses on our cats and can sleep beside them or near them. We are almost to the point the cats can walk about freely, but would never have made it this far without Chris’s help! Ranger is now training for his community k9 test, and doing excellent on his calm place/stay in public while I eat, read, or sit! Thank you guys!

I adopted a 1.5-year-old dog from the shelter who had a history of running off and not listening. I took him to Idaho Elite K9, and they were amazing to work with. Chris took the time to listen to my concerns, answer questions, and explain everything clearly. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about dog behavior and focused on teaching me how to train my dog. Now my dog can be off-leash, comes when called, and has passed both the AKC Canine Good Citizen and Advanced Community Citizen tests! Chris and Rachel were wonderful with my dog and super flexible with scheduling. I highly recommend Idaho Elite K9 — they truly care and get results!
