FirstBarkLearning how to train my pup from Chris and getting the basic obedience skills down was fantastic. He was very knowledgeable, very easy to work with, and answered any questions I had. He also took time to work with my pup and I individually throughout the group training sessions to see how things were going. I would definitely work with Chris again, he’s your guy for any level of dog training!

Idaho Elite K-9 is located in Lewisville, Idaho. It is owned and operated by Chris Norman who has been working with dogs for approximately 18 years. Chris is currently a Police K-9 Handler with a dual purpose K-9. Chris has worked with many kinds of dogs and has over one thousand hours of hands on training with dogs. At Idaho Elite K-9 Chris strives to provide elite service when it comes to the training and boarding of dogs. Utilizing his years of service and knowledge working with K-9's and other dogs to provide you with the results that you are wanting, while providing you with the education and support that you need to be successful after training is completed. Hands down best trainer to work with! I really appreciate how I don’t have to do my appointments week to week and can always just schedule whenever I need! I can also call or text if I ever have any questions while doing training at home! Idaho elite K9 also always makes sure I know what tools I need to best train my pup!
Money well spent. We have a rescue dog with behavior issues, Chris understood why he was acting out and how to correct it. Training me how to handle our dog took longer than the actual training he did with the dog.

Hands down the best thing we have done for our dog. Before we started, our 6 month old German shepherd was completely out of control... Jumping on people when they came over and taking her out in public was a complete embarrassment. Taking her in walks on the icy roads was a safety concern because she would pull and react (to dogs and cars) so much. Then along came Chris to share his knowledge and skills. We bought his 4 class package, where he came to our home about once a month. I love this setup... Training the dog in their environment with their specific issues. The one-on-one classes are completely tailored to you and your pup, and he is available for questions in between sessions. We absolutely love how far our dog has come, our neighbors and family even tell us they notice a big difference in her behavior. Love love love the results!

We were so excited to welcome our new puppy to the family. We were not so happy when he started dragging us when we would take him for walks, chasing our other animals and only listened when he wanted to. That is when we contacted Idaho Elite K-9. After one lessons our puppy was a completely changed dog, we were blown away. After multiple lessons with Chris we are beyond pleased with the outcome. Chris was extremely patient with not only us but our young daughter’s so they could be apart of the lesson. We could not recommend Chris and Idaho Elite K-9 enough!
