Total waste of our money, no difference in our dog when we got her home.

Good morning, after looking through our records, Ziva was with us in October, since then, you have not used your included home sessions. Unfortunately, as of February, we have received no calls or messages from you about this, we are finding out here. We thoroughly explained with Ziva there would need to be structure and follow up to ensure her training stays in place. With your failure to accommodate or communicate for the follow up training, we can only guess that Ziva was provided with no structure and allowed to regress, which we informed you was likely to happen, given the home dynamic. This is exactly why we include home sessions with each of our Board and Trains. We would be more than happy to discuss this matter with you and help with Ziva, if you would like to reach out.

We went to the Mountains for Christmas and couldn’t take our two indoor pups with us. They were awesome and boarded our pups inside together in a nice room. They were right at home !

Since day one using Hurricane Creek boarding, I knew I had chosen the right place for my new pup. Great owners and staff. Great facility! Always friendly and helpful. For the past 10 months I have not had any issues with anything, except my "Juice" always seems to be better behaved than when I dropped him off !! Thanks Guys for all you do. Greg Fennell

We took our dog to Hurricane Creek recently and had an amazing experience! Our dog is very skittish and shy, and overall he had a good time! The kennel techs were very patient with him and made sure he was comfortable during his stay. He got plenty of time in the field and we got updates daily about his time there. We will definitely bring him back in the future!
