Hurricane Creek K9

I am so disappointed with this location. My dog was to have a private room and was suggested we bring crate and bed, so they could have a safe comfortable place like they have at home. When we picked our dog up you could tell she was pinned up in her crate all day every day. She is a couple years old and fully crate and house broken. They gave us all her blankets and bedding in a trash bag as they were totally soiled. They sprayed a air freshener on our dog to cover up the small of pee that she was covered in. She is in shock, and we have no clue what they put her through, but she is not the same dog that went in. The owners may know something about training, but it is clear Matt and crew know nothing about caring for a dog. It hurts my heart to think of what they put my dog through, and I can only pray, God gives it back to them 10 folds. BEWARE...stay far away from this place if you love your animal.

Came from Pittsburgh, PA to purchase our departments K9 from Hurricane Creek K9. I can not receomenned them enough. After speaking with Matt on the phone I knew this would be a great place but after visiting and training with them my expectations were met and exceeded. I got a K9 that with great drive and personality to be socialfor my departments needs and wants. I thank all of Hurricane Creek K9s from Matt and Sam to trainer Abby and all of those who put in the time to this business. If you are looking for personal or department K9 take the time to call and speak to them!!

Vacation is always alittle sweeter knowing your babies are being loved and taken care of!! After having a bad experience with a precious boarding facility it was hard to trust another one. From the very first phone call where one of the owners (male) answered the phone, I was met with information and someone who had a passion for dogs and didn't just want my buisness. The kennel tech who took my dogs back to their room, listened to my anxious spiel about all there quirks and never once rushed me. Samantha (other owner, I believe) personally sent me pictures and report cards daily where you could see how much thought and love she put into the report card. When we picked them up today, they were the happiest babies and all the staff had such great things to say about them with smiles on their faces from how much they love their jobs. I cannot recommend them enough, and if you're like me reading the reviews right now, I swear if you just pickup the phone and call them, someone on the other line is going to put you at ease and you'll know you made the right decision.
