FirstBarkOur Daphne absolutely loves her visits from Hunter Mill Retrievers. Their dog walkers are so good with her and I love that they do training with her while they walk her. We also love the very detailed updates we get at the end of each visit.

Prepare for a glowing review...Working with Victoria and Hunter Mill Retrievers (HMR) has been an exceptional experience. I contacted Victoria the day I brought Murphy home (I was in a bit of a panic!) and we discussed my needs and my hopes for Murphy, then put together a training (and support) plan. Victoria is a skilled, intuitive, patient and persistent trainer and brings out the best in each dog. Murphy is thriving and loves to show off his skills and lessons! He loves his training and walking time with her and her team -- whether one-on-one at home or when he's attending HMR doggie day-care with training he's always up for the activity. In fact, when we are on our way to HMR day-care with training, I'll tell him that he is 'going to school today' and he gets so excited!

Victoria has made a tremendous impact on our Labrador puppy. We have done board and training twice with Victoria and will be doing private training very soon. We have gotten consistent feedback from family and friends on our dog's behavior since working with Hunter Mill Retrievers. Loose leash walking and recall continue to improve every week. We highly recommend Victoria and will continue to use her services moving forward.
Great experience! Victoria whipped our rambunctious golden retriever into shape in a short 5 weeks. The boarding service was also great and we will continue to use in the future.
Victoria is a true dog lover and such a knowledgeable trainer. She has been working with our high drive GSP since we brought her home at 8 weeks. She breaks down each skill and helps prioritize the skills that fit your dog and your day to day life. Between training, doggie day care and boarding, our dog may love Victoria more than the she loves us :) I absolutely recommend her to everyone!
