My 10-month old pup and I trained virtually with Alyse and had a wonderful experience! Canine adolescence is so hard and can be so isolating, but Alyse helped support us every step of the way. We have been dealing with some reactivity, inability to settle in the home, and lack of engagement. Alyse was willing and able to help with it all! She had wonderful insight when watching the training videos we submitted to her, explained things wonderfully over Zoom, and was there for daily tips and tricks (& venting sessions!) via text. The virtual program was a breeze to utilize - all you need is a camera to record yourself and a way to upload or send it to her! She takes care of the rest! I highly recommend Alyse and Hungry Dog Training. Working with her was an absolute pleasure for me and my pup!

Can't say enough good things about Hungry Dog Training! Alyse really is a master at her craft. I am currently enrolled in her Hands Off cooperative care course in hopes of getting my fearful boy easier to handle at the vet. He's had a lot of negative experiences at the vet and it usually takes several people to hold him down to get shots. After just a few weeks of working on the Hands Off course, it was time for his next shot. I couldn't believe my eyes when he stood there like a perfect gentleman and needed zero restraint whatsoever. Even the vet staff was amazed by the huge difference in his behavior in just a few short weeks. I'm so grateful to Alyse for showing us a better way. I would highly recommend this course for anyone looking to do the same.

Alyse was terrific! I wanted to find a positive reinforcement trainer to help with my dog’s leash reactivity issues in the busy city. My dog did the board & train where Alyse started by understanding my goals and then worked on them over time including creating like settings at stores/sidewalks. I appreciated the boarding being in a home environment where my dog could feel comfortable. She sent me regular updates and photos of progress and did a detailed walk through at the end to “train” me. Thanks Alyse!
