The team completely understood my anxiety and even sent me a video of Mochi right away when I asked how he was doing which truly eased my mind. From the responsive phone support to the warm, caring staff, every interaction has been wonderful. I could tell Mochi loved his first day socializing with other dogs and I loved seeing him happy and safe. Their service was so impressive that we’re already planning to drop him off at least twice a week for socialization and have reserved a 2-week board and train program. Highly recommend!! 🐶
