FirstBarkBrandon and his staff are always top notch. They are the only boarding place in the area that knows how to deal with dogs that are difficult to handle. I will forever be a customer when I'm in the Springfield area.

I take my 7 month old pit puppy here for daycare and he loves it. He comes home tired and happy. I recently did the day training session with Brandon and it made an incredible difference. My puppy came home with manners and even though he is still a puppy (and acts like it) I now have the tools to continue to teach him how to properly behave as he gets older. He was reactive during walks and I learned how to correct his behavior when he becomes reactive towards people. Our session was very recent so I am excited to see how he improves in the future as well.

We boarded our Golden Retriever (Ellie) there for a 3 week training program. She was a good dog but needed manners and obedience training. Since training she is a different dog!! She no longer jumps on people. She follows several commands. She is much more of a joy to have in our household. Rick was an excellent trainer. He was very thorough in his demonstration and instruction on how to continue Ellie’s training and behavior at home. We definitely recommend Rick and Howliday Inn!
Brandon and Rick are the best! There is really no way to express my gratitude. Doug has his forever home and now after some training herself, River is a different girl.
