I just picked up my French Bulldog, Frankie, after a month long board & train. Before I dropped Frankie off, the phone call with Brandon helped me feel at ease. He listened to what I needed, and was completely on-point with how to handle the issues of Frankie's aggressive behaviors. Frankie was running my house. I couldn't have other dogs around Frankie and the kicker was when Frankie started attacking my elderly Chihuahua at dinner time. The resource guarding had everyone in the house on edge. It was either correct the behavior or re-home him. I certainly didn't want to lose my little fluff nugget! During training, I received videos of Frankie running, playing and eating with SO MANY DOGS! I was amazed that was really my dog. It made my heart smile to know that I made the right choice for Frankie. When I picked Frankie up, Brandon thoroughly explained the why's behind Frankie's behavior and the changes that I needed to make at home. Plenty of time for questions and concerns. I wasn't rushed at all, and felt very comfortable bringing Frankie back to my house and my elderly Chihuahua. We already have a home visit scheduled to help Frankie (and me) become the best we can be for a peaceful and loving existence with each other as well as other people and dogs. I have zero hesitations when it comes to recommending Brandon and his team. He knows his stuff!

We left our dog there while we went on a family vacation. He was happy, healthy. We came back and picked him up and he had a ruptured bladder, had to have emergency surgery. Nobody could tell us what exactly happened. And that they only have a camera outdoors .They offered and did cover all costs without any pushback. But our pets will never be staying here again. We almost lost our dog. It’s been super stressful. I would be very careful leaving your dog there. Horrible experience.

Brandon is absolutely the best trainer you can find in the Ozark area. He is very knowledgeable and professional. Brandon has had great communication throughout the training process and looks out for our dogs best interests. His quick tips and tricks provided for homework completely changed the game for our pups on evening walks. From pulling and unruly, to walking by my side with a loose leash and calm demeanor, I can tell that we will be utilizing him, as well as the great staff at Howliday Inn, for years to come.

Good morning, Brandon: At the end of April 2023’ we left our Silver Lab with you for two weeks while we were on vacation. We were very anxious to see Shadow and hoped for the best knowing that he is difficult and three other trainers failed to help us. Shadow is really changing for the positive. Mary took him for a nice long walk this morning and commented on the improvement since yesterday! Now he sleeps all night long, what a game changer that allows us to sleep all night as well. He no longer jumps on us while we are sitting on the couch, it makes life more peaceful. Mary is gone right now, and a few minutes ago a friend of mine came over and Shadow charged the door. I backed him up with my legs like you showed us yesterday, and then I told him to stay. It took three stay commands before he obeyed…but he did obey. My friend knows Shadow and said he was very impressed. He has two Golden Doodles that he wants trained, and I highly recommended you and your team. Thanks again for your skills in training Shadow, it has made a huge difference in our home, and has changed Shadow into the obedient and loving dog we hoped for. Best Regards, Mike
