My fur babe goes to howliday for daycare & boarding, when he arrives he is always so excited to go play with the other pups, at pickup he’s so worn out from all the playing!! Every staff I have met are very helpful & you can tell they love every dog that comes through the door! I highly recommend howliday inn & trust them 1000% with my pup🤍

My dog did not want to stay when i brought him back the next day for boarding.. he was at the door trying to leave before i was. The instructions on the bag of food I left weren't followed, it was all just dumped out at the same time according to staff. I was told a picture or 2 would be sent to me of my dog while he was boarding. When I arrived, the staff told me they were too busy to get a pic of him. He smelled terrible, of urine. He also started a new coughing thing yesterday with runny nose that I've never seen him have. I'm really disappointed because everything I've read about this place seemed so positive and I was planning to have dog training here too. It just wasn't a good experience for us at all.

When we picked them up, their brand new dog beds were FILTHY, and stunk so bad, we had to put them in garbage bags for our 12 hr drive home. They shouldn't have been in such bad shape after 4 days that we had to throw them away!!! KNOWING my 8 yr old dog is dog reactive, they IMMEDIATELY took her in to "meet the pack"! Why the hell would you do that to a dog you know is on anxiety meds and is reactive?!?!?! That's why we paid for a SUITE.... so she and her bonded sibling would feel safe, not terrified! The ONLY reason for a 1 star instead of zero is they DID get their baths before we picked them up. The building reeked of piss worse than when we dropped them off. $85/night for a suite, and it was a bare room, with a window. I don't believe for a minute they were in the room we paid for. They wouldn't have peed on the beds., with that much space. I honestly believe that room is for show, only, and my dogs were put in kennels. The photos of the "suites are NOT what we saw! The "suite" they told us our dogs would be in wasn't carpeted, like the picture shows, plain brick walls, tile floors, no furniture. It wasn't ANYTHING like what they depict! This place is a SCAM, and I implore you NOT to take your dogs here! When we picked our girls up, my older dog didn't even acknowledge me! She ran straight for the door, scratching to get out, she was so frantic!! NEVER AGAIN, will we bring our dogs here!!
