Not only am I completely satisfied with the service, but the communication has been terrific ! If I didn’t send my German Shepherd here, I would’ve not have been able to keep my dog. So thank you now my Sadie girl is really a part of our family, every day obviously is a constant lesson and we are staying on top of her training but I have to say her transformation is absolutely amazing . I have no words for my gratitude towards what you guys did. We will look forward to seeing you soon for future boarding and we can’t wait to continue her training with you guys !!!! Thank you 🙏🏼

I recently had the pleasure of enrolling my furry friend in obedience training with Olivia and her team, and I cannot express how thrilled I am with the results! The leash walking lessons were a game-changer for my dog. Before the training, going for walks was always a struggle, but now, it's an enjoyable and peaceful experience. Thanks to this team, my dog has mastered leash manners, making our daily strolls a pleasure for both of us. They kept us updated with the progress during these 6 weeks with photos and videos. One of the most significant improvements I noticed after the training was my dog's behavior around other dogs and people. Previously, my dog had a habit of jumping enthusiastically on anyone who crossed our path, which was both embarrassing and concerning. However, with this training techniques, my dog has learned to greet others politely and without jumping, creating a much more harmonious interaction with both humans and fellow canines. With German Shepherds, it’s always a journey and have seen significant improvement. I am beyond delighted with the remarkable progress my dog has made, all thanks to entire team’s dedication and expertise. The impact of this training on my dog's behavior and our bond as pet and owner cannot be overstated. We are so happy with the training provided by Houndstooth team! We rescued our mix lab (Captain) in April 2023, and the best decision we ever made was to seek for training. Captain was jumping on everyone, on our toddler, jumping on the counter, eating the furniture, even biting us with a toy in his mouth to call our attention when he wanted to play, which was a bit scary for visitors, and walking him was like arm wrestling, very difficult. Captain did the 6 weeks program and Wow! What a great experience! He is still the happy puppy he always was but well behaved now, he listens to all the commands, walking with him on a leash was a nightmare and now it is one of the best experiences of our day! Also, we feel so much safer knowing that we can go outside and Captain will not run away from us due to the commands he has learned! Thank you so much Houndstooth team!!

Great service and training. My dogs came home well-versed in their down-stays and off-leash walking. The most important thing about training a dog though is training the owners, because it has to be a continuous thing (especially with puppies). Houndstooth takes that part really seriously with At-Home Lessons to get everyone comfortable with the new "way of life" for the dog/s. They're very attentive and helpful, and make sure the owner/s are comfortable with everything before sending the dog home. Can't recommend enough.
