Fantastic kennel with loving and responsible owners, who love animals!
They always take good care of my dogs! Missy also has good suggestions about our dogs in the case of feeding (or over feeding in my case). Make sure you try and bring your pups when you schedule with Missy since she operates her front desk within her timeframe posted.
Hound Hollow & Missy are the absolutely the best kennel in the area. So friendly, loving, and safe. Thank you for giving our Westie the best experience.

This was the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had with any business in my life. Missy was rude, unprofessional and extremely abrasive. She sent several messages saying her driveway was likely too icy to get into for pick up and offered no flexibility of pick up times. We ended up paying an extra 210 dollars as she held our pets for an extra two days while sending invoices for additional money. Communicated poorly from the set up to end. I wouldn’t recommend to an enemy. I have used several other kennels in other states with no issue. I look forward to never speaking to Missy again.
