Honor Your Dog: Training and Behavior Solutions

We adopted an 8 month old puppy and quickly found out he had severe aggression issues. Knowing he would be put down if we brought him back, we were determined to make him a permanent member of our family. We felt we had a lot of experience with dogs, but quickly ran out of ideas and started looking for help. We did not have much luck with trainers initially and were so happy to have found help with Landon. He and Morgan were a relief from the day we met them and stuck with us through all of the questions and training. The experience and expertise were apparent from the beginning and were instrumental in solving the issues. They’re passionate and dedicated to dogs and are always current with training techniques. They continue to help to this day and their boarding care is top notch.

Landon and Morgan have worked with our rescue dog, Layla since we adopted her and they are the reason we have been able to mold her into our family so well. They taught us how train her, help her, how to love her, and most importantly how to UNDERSTAND her. They arrive to find proactive strategies and underlying issues to address the root of the problem, instead of putting a bandaid on specific symptoms. They were able to pin point so many of the underlying personality traits and previously learned behaviors that were bringing out the worst in our dog- so that we were able to find proactive strategies and training techniques to help her. Landon and his wife Morgan TRULY care about the dogs they work with, and are passionate about helping rehabilitate dogs. Morgan and Landon have been too our house many times for private training lessons, and each time they leave I wished I had taken notes. Often times dog trainers seem to give general information to address a variety of problems. Landon and Morgan offer in the moment and REAL problem solving- which is much more effective. Our family HIGHLY recommends their work and we are so thankful to have them in our life. They are kind, courteous, trustworthy, and EXPERTS in terms of dog behavior.

Landon has been an amazing trainer! My husband and I have gone from having two dogs we were always worried about to having two dogs we love and want to spend time with!! Landon explains what do to make your dog understand what behavior is acceptable in a way that is easy to follow and easy to implement. He is really in tuned to your dog and will help decipher their behavior so that everyone is happy in the "pack".
