Hometown Pet Supplies

We've only been here once and we already adore the place. Wide selection of pet items and services, despite the small storefront. Literally the only shop that offers live rodent feeders anywhere near Conway. I believe it was Peggy that assisted us and she was an absolute sweetheart. I hope I can ask her some questions about reptiles the next we visit, because their in-store ball python and bearded dragon looked immensely well-cared for. I'll never, ever buy from another chain store as long as this place is around. :)

Rated 4 stars previously, as there's *always* room for improvement somewhere. Monica is fantastic, friendly, and genuinely interested in serving the area and filling gaps other stores may have. The store doesn't have a huge variety of things, BUT everything in there has been requested specifically as a need by someone in the area, or it's her own personal favorite. Plenty of handmade goodies, and if you need or want something to try, she will personally order it for you and follow up to make sure it's what you needed. Great place and genuine folks 👍👍
